GENERAL DESCRIPTION

VPT 130 is a water tank for pressure control, crack and leakage detection in a cylinder head by dipping it into hot water. The tank and cover are made of steel and have a perfect sealing for water leakage prevention; water is heated using two powerful independent heating elements controlled by an automatic timer that includes programs for power consumption optimization and saving. Using standard equipment that comes with the machine, the cylinder head is clamped in a duct actuated by outsized hydroelectric generating set, which easily rotates the cylinder head for 360 ° using a gear box. This allows to examine the head all around even when it is completely dipped for simple and quick leakage detection.
