CH testing machine

DESCRIPTION

Optimal testing for all possible CH cooling system sealing cracks and defects. CH testing under 3 atm abs. in water bath at 70 °C.
Block head clamping system clamps a transparent plate to the block head with studs and support feet. Rubber pads to seal the cooling jacket slots are installed in advance between the plate and the block head plane. Air supply to the CH cooling jacket shows leaking spots in the plate.
A joystick is used to lift and lower or to rotate the CH under inspection. Water temperature in the bath can be set and controlled from the control panel.
The electrical cabinet of the plant provides for an easy access to all electrical elements and connections.
