AZ CD-15 - Magnetoscope

Effective CD15 magnetic detector produced in Italy is designed for detection of cracks and defects on crankshafts and cast iron engine parts (ferromagnets). The machine efficiency is defined by a powerful electromagnetic field that allows to simply and quickly detect small cracks of engine parts and the crankshaft.

The model is equipped with a special doughnut coil for magnetizing and demagnetizing of parts, ultraviolet lamp, magnetic powder for test liquid preparation and spray gun to apply the liquid on the parts. It allows to detect any micro cracks on parts.

AZ CP150 - Frame machine

High-accuracy CP150 model is an integral part in the cyclic crankshaft and camshaft repair process that allows to straighten shaft geometry in the shortest time possible.

CP150 press is designed for quick and accurate straightening of crankshafts and camshafts of any machinery after magnetic inspection. Deformation can be easily straightened in a required area, for example, on rod journal, so the shaft balancing is not disturbed.
