HINES IND. HC 500 - Balancing Stand
000098_hinesbalancer.jpgDESCRIPTION

HINES INDUSTRIES HC 500 is a universal balancing stand designed for dynamic balancing of crankshaft, flywheel, clutch cover etc.

The machine uses subresonance unbalance test method by means of a special sensor connected to a shaft facing installed on fixed supports. It automatically defines unbalance values and angles for both correction planes, as well as the depth and number of drillings that are necessary to eliminate the unbalance. The drilling machine installed on the stand is able to travel on the air pad along the entire stand. Drilling depth, depending on the scope of supply, can be controlled both by a digital spindle travel indicator and by a graphic display on the computer screen. The same machine can be used for drilling and milling of, for example, rods during weight distribution.

CAPABILITIES

  • Automatic calculation of the material correction counterweight.
  • Unbalance correction along one or two planes.
  • Two unbalance correction modes: weight elimination or increase.
  • Saving and possibility of further use of all balancing part specified parameters.
  • Data printing.
  • Drilling holes without removing the shaft from the machine supports.
  • Unbalance correction by drilling a couple of holes.
  • Drilling and milling of parts (rods, pistons etc.) installed on a moving table.
  • Saving and printing ofcounterweight parameters.
  • Flywheel balancing separately from the crankshaft.
  • Weight distribution of pistons and rods.
  • Calculation of one or more crankshaft counterweights.
