NEWEN EPOC™ is a new concept developed on the basis of simple but powerful and effective cutting geometry. Modern electronics guarantees accuracy control in three independent axes. Interactive software provides for flexible use of the equipment with feedback. The system is simple and user-friendly, no advanced personnel training is required.

Single-blade cutter echnology allows to use advanced cutters with coatings of different material.

A hard cutter holder designed for work with limited clearance is mounted on the carrier. Machining head with automatic balancing is an integral part of the precision spindle moving along its axis. Carrier and rotating spindle displacement is provided by last-generation commutatorless engines and pre-installed hard satellite roller screws.

Cutter holder carrier is driven without impact due to a system of connecting rods and pens fluttering around shafts and bearings preloaded. System hardness and extreme kinematic simplicity allow to perform the machining of surfaces of any shape. Machining programs automatically optimize the cutter displacement in order to reduce the actual machining time.
