HVR 90 valve horizontal grinding machine is a simple and durable machine designed for common use or small batch production. Due to original technical solutions, this machine is highly efficient.
MAIN CHARACTERISTICS
- Horizontal valve position,
- centreless grinding achieved by V-shaped clamp,
- valve rotation drive through polyurethane pads,
- valve rotation is performed by asynchronous servo-engine,
- air-operated clamping of the valve,
- manual adjustment of grinding angle and valve clamping system,
- automatic cooling system,
- integrated tool for valve facing machining.
