VR-416 machine sets cylinder head repair efficiency standards. Centreless machining technology allows for machining without flanges and clamping chucks. Valve working surface machining is performed concentrically, which provides for higher sealing properties, improved heat elimination and reduced mechanical valve load. Valve spindle assumes a perfectly correct shape, and differs from the valve seat for less than 0.0001" (0.002 mm) in its inside diameter.

Tilting roller drive system eliminates the need for manual valve feed to the grinding stone during regrinding. Wing rollers feed the valve up to a set stop; valve length control is performed automatically.

Valve rotation speed selection allows the operator to set up surface machining speed depending on the wide range of valve diameters, from small valves to valves of powerful diesel engines.

Diamond tool or main stone dressing is installed in a specified location. As soon as moved back, it is ready for stone dressing with minimum material removal.

Precise amount of material removed from the stem facing can be measured using a micro adjustment system.
